The Blue Union will hold a public meeting in Liverpool city centre on September 3rd 2011 to discuss the effectiveness of Everton chairman Bill Kenwright and his board, Everton’s precarious financial position and, in light of the recent events occurring on transfer deadline day, supporter’s genuine concerns over the future of Everton in the Premier League.

The Blue Union are an alliance of established supporters groups who have repeatedly warned the management of the club that the policies being followed would severely inhibit the ability of the manager to remain competitive both on and off the field of play.

Everton CEO Robert Elstone, Director of Communications Ian Ross and Supporters Liaison Officer Graeme Sharp have been invited to attend.

The venue is The Casa on Hope St – the meeting shall commence at 12:00.
